Common questions
How is this different from a Team plan?
These plans are one login with a lot of locations. A Team plan is for buying Pro for several people. Each person gets their own login with up to 10 locations.
What's in the morning digest?
One email that covers every saved location. It shows which fields got rain, which are workable today and where frost is likely in the next five nights. It lists the fields worth a look and sums things up by group. You can still pick up to 10 fields for the full 5-day detail.
How do I add my fields?
One at a time, or upload a CSV with a name, latitude and longitude for each field. An optional group column sorts them by grower or farm. You see a preview before anything is saved.
I'm already on Pro. Can I move up?
Yes. Switch plans from this page or from Manage on your profile. You get credit for the time left on your current plan. Your locations, alerts and settings stay as they are.
What if I move to a smaller plan later?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every saved location but can't add more until you're under the new limit. Alerts and the digest cover your first locations, in your own order, up to the limit.
How do I cancel?
Go to your Profile, click Manage next to your plan, and cancel. You keep the plan until the end of the year you paid for. Your locations stay on your account. Payments aren't refunded.
