Common questions
How is this different from Pro 50/150/300?
Team plans are for buying Pro for several people, each with their own login and up to 10 locations. If one person needs to watch many fields, see Pro for 50 to 300 locations.
How do I add my team?
After payment, open your Team dashboard and invite people by email. Each person gets a link to set up their own login. You can remove someone and invite a new person at any time.
Need 50 or more seats?
Email [email protected] and we'll send you a quote.
Can I add seats later?
Yes. Open your Team dashboard and use Manage billing. New seats are ready to invite right away.
How do I cancel?
Open your Team dashboard, click Manage billing, and cancel. Everyone keeps Pro until the end of the year you paid for. After that, each person's account goes back to free and keeps its saved locations. Payments aren't refunded.
I already have Ag Wx Pro. Can I switch to a team?
Yes. Email [email protected] and we'll move you over so you don't pay twice.
